I usually don't like using Photoshop for touch up work. For one, I'd rather not spend more time behind a screen than possible. Also, I think it reeks of being lazy on set and not paying a fastidious amount of attention to detail. Five minutes now sometimes does save thirty later.
That said, I find that I'm really good at it, and sometimes the touch up project is so hilarious that it's pretty enjoyable to do.
